Plunge into the water!

Be formless, shapeless like water. Now U put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. U put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle. U put it into a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash! Be water my friend! ~ Bruce Lee

Someone said that dreaming the water, the sea, to swim, is a great dream.
Water is our subconscious, and when we’re afraid of the water we’re afraid to know ourself.
Plunge into the water! Don’t fear it! And as someone else said: “be water”!
